Blue World City which is the second largest project of Pakistan after Bahria Town has became the premium housing project of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. People have raised concerns about the approval of NOC of Blue World City. However, BWC has got NOC of 1534 kanals aproved by district council Rawalpindi, vide letter no 532/10/DC on 07-08-2018. And they have also applied for the NOC of almost 10,000 more land which is under Process. After the latest development done by blue world developers and after approval of NOC we are seeing positive reviews from buyers of plots in BWC.
Under process status is always given to those societies which pass the initial investigation by district council and it will also soon approved by them.Therefore, the people who claims that the NOC status will be cancelled is a false. If they wanted to cancel the NOC of BWC, then why they have approved the initial 1534 kanals of land.
